Born in Belfast in 1959 into an artistic family Patricia Turner began her professional career as an artist at the age of 18 exhibiting at the Royal Ulster Academy.
Painting in oils, Patricia’s work covers many varied subjects from landscapes of Ireland and the Lake District to beach scenes and paintings of children. Patricia Turner’s warmly lit work has an autobiographical feel that communicates a deeply personal empathy with her subject matter.
Over the last 25 years Patricia Turner’s work has been exhibited extensively in London, Belfast and beyond. She lives in the Lake District with her husband and two daughters.
